TERRANCE HUNTER EARNS CBA AMERICAN CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Krunk forward among CBA's top scorers

The Continental Basketball Association is pleased to announce that Atlanta Krunk forward Terrance Hunter is the CBA American Conference Player of the Week for the week ending February 17, 2008. This is the first time Hunter has earned this award, and the second time a member of the Atlanta Krunk has earned this award; teammate Waki Williams earned Player of the Week honors in December 2007.

The 6'7" forward from Delaware State remains one of the league's top scorers, even though the Krunk are mired in last place. In a February 21 contest against the Oklahoma Cavalry, Hunter finished the night with 37 points and 11 rebounds, then followed that up the next night with 44 points to lead his team in scoring. Hunter's 22.4 points per game is fourth-best among all CBA players.
