Well, we had good news today. The Calgary Stampeders have asked Willie to come workout with them this Saturday and practice with the team. Finally he will have an opportunity to show people that he IS a professional football player.

We have had multiple Arena football teams contact us regarding his desire to play for them as well. For now, Willie will be signed to the Practice Roster. This will allow him to practice with the team and still be available for the NFL or AFL. He can also get a feel for the game and the team for him. We look forward to the opportunity for Willie to show that he not only can compete but excel at this level!
